New Mexico Community Solar Development - Eddy County Requirements
- Eddy County has no zoning in the unincorporated areas or those outside a municipality.
- Eddy County has no Building code and those items would be referred back to New Mexico Construction Industries Division
- Eddy County would issue an E911 address and do a floodplain predetermination concurrently, when the time is appropriate.
- Any driveways or turnouts connecting to County roads would need to be permitted with the Eddy County Public Works Dept.

- If a division of land is to take place then the division will need to be done in accordance with Eddy County Ordinance O-13-76 Eddy County Subdivision Ordinance.
